Sheriff Waters to Walk in Oak Hill Community on Saturday, July 8th
On Saturday, July 8, 2023, Sheriff T.K. Waters is scheduled to walk in the Oak Hill Community to meet with citizens "one-on-one". These walks are a chance for the Sheriff to hear firsthand the concerns of the citizens of Jacksonville.
His fifth walk as Sheriff will start at 10:30 a.m. Participants are welcome to join and park at Jacksonville Heights Elementary School located at 7750 S. Tempest Street, Jacksonville, FL 32244.
Neighborhoods selected for the walks are determined by the zone commanders based on many criteria, including feedback from citizens, crime activity in the area, or a request.
