Public Service Announcement: What to Expect When You Call 9-1-1
On Thursday, March 28, 2024, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released a public service announcement to provide a glimpse into what to expect when calling 9-1-1.
Citizens should be prepared to describe to the best of their ability what occured and if they need law enforcement and/or medical assistance.
