Around 1 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025, patrol officers in District 4 responded to a shooting on Rover Road near 103rd Street. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 18-year-old Xzaria Randall, with multiple gunshot wounds to her torso.
