Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Facilities Closed on Monday, January 19th
In observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday, all Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office publicly accessible buildings will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026.
Closures include:
- District 1 Substation, 5258-13 Norwood Avenue
- District 2 Substation, 9119 Merrill Road
- District 3 Substation, 8875 Liberty Ridge Drive, Suite 110
- District 4 Substation, 3726 Blanding Boulevard
- District 5 Substation, 1767 Kings Road
- District 6 Substation, 1680 Dunn Avenue
- Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street
- All other publicly accessible buildings
Continued Operations:
- The Patrol Division and the Communications Center will continue to operate as usual. Citizens may call the non-emergency number at 904.630.0500 for police services and are reminded to call 9-1-1 if the situation would constitute an emergency.
All JSO offices and publicly available buildings will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
